I had the amazing opportunity to attend the 2025 SXSW Conference. I also had the chance to work with Women in Vinyl and their CEO, Jenn D’Eugenio! an experience that gave me firsthand insight into the vinyl industry and advocacy within the music industry.

I designed an educational flyer to spotlight Women in Vinyl and highlight local vinyl record stores in both Chicago and Austin, Texas. Working on a tight timeline, I created the design in just one day and had it printed and distributed within the week. The flyer served as a tool to raise awareness about the organization’s mission while connecting people to local vinyl communities.
CCC AEMMP Records Event
SXSW and Columbia College Chicago hosted a panel at Darwin’s Pub in Austin, Texas, featuring Jenn D’Eugenio, CEO of Women in Vinyl. She offered an inspiring and insightful look into the music industry—specifically the world of physical media and vinyl culture. I was responsible for capturing promotional footage of the event and showcasing the flyer I designed, which was featured on Columbia’s social media.
